What you are buying

For a one-off £49, we write draft answers for the Attendance Allowance claim form from the information you give us. You receive a claim pack by email within 48 hours of sending your answers. It includes answers set out by question number, an evidence checklist, a 7 day care diary and a posting checklist. If the claim is turned down, we also write a letter asking DWP to look at the decision again.

There is no subscription and we never take a share of any award.

Claiming is free

You do not have to pay anyone to claim Attendance Allowance. You can fill in the form yourself at no cost. We are an independent company and are not part of, or connected to, the Department for Work and Pensions or any government body.

Your part

• The claim belongs to the person it is for. You or they sign it and send it. We never sign, send or submit anything.
• We only write from what you tell us. You must check every sentence and change or delete anything that is not true. Giving false information on a benefit claim can lead to penalties, whoever wrote the words.
• We cannot promise a particular decision. DWP makes the decision.
• We do not give legal, financial or debt advice.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Nearing the end of life

If a doctor or nurse has said the person may have 12 months or less to live, we help with the claim for free. Email us before paying.
